The mobile running trainer 'evalu.run' records and evaluates the running technique as well as the load and performance of runners. A textile shoe insert, which is suitable for any running shoe, serves as a flat, high-resolution force sensor. The measured parameters are sent wirelessly to the evalu app on the smartphone. Among other things, this provides tips on improving the movement sequence and individual training intensity. The live evaluation enables athletes to train in a health-promoting and performance-oriented way. The focus is on a healthier and more efficient running style, which prevents running injuries and helps to sustainably improve performance.
