Pegasystems has developed an application solution for the Bavarian government. This makes it much easier and faster for self-employed people, farmers and companies to apply for coronavirus emergency aid online. Because the entire process is fully digitalized, the disbursement of funds is also significantly faster. The software is operated in T-Systems data centers.
The software, which runs on Pegasystems' highly configurable low-code platform, replaces the application process using PDF documents, some of which were filled out by hand, scanned and sent to the application offices by email. With the new online form on the Internet, all data is available digitally from the start of the application process and thus flows into the administration's review and approval process.
