Call for Papers only runs until May 15, 2019
On November 20, 2019, the conference 'Internet of Things - from sensor to cloud' will take place for the fifth time. Experts can only submit a presentation online until May 15.
The main focus of this event near Munich will be on important topics for the Internet of Things (IoT) in general and specifically for the industrial IoT (IIoT, Industry 4.0) relating to hardware, device-related software, testing and test strategies, connectivity, middleware in gateways and data collectors, IoT platforms, required tools as well as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). How existing machines and systems can be converted to IIoT/Industry 4.0 will also be covered in detail.
The conference will cover the following spectrum of IoT applications and platforms
- Communication (wireless/wired) and interfaces (MQTT, LWM2M, OPC UA etc.)
- Cloud, edge, fog computing
- Visualization, HMI & reporting
- Analytics: machine learning & artificial intelligence
- Data security
- Methods & tools
- Practical examples (applications and economic considerations)
- Retrofit strategies
If you are a specialist, please send us an informative abstract of your contribution online. We are also happy to receive application-related contributions from research and pre-development.
