IoTmaxx - Programmable sensor gateway 'maxx GW4102':
With 'maxx GW4102', IoTmaxx is launching a robust industrial IoT gateway with PLC extension. The Linux-based, freely programmable gateway for DIN rail mounting relies on communication via mobile radio in the LTE-4G network and network redundancy via two SIM cards. Thanks to the 'always-online' functionality, the device automatically establishes a connection and re-establishes the connection in the event of a fault.
The programmable sensor gateway processes applications in various programming languages and enables both predefined and individually tailored functions as well as customer-specific applications to be used. It provides interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, RS232, RS485, CAN bus and 1-Wire. They are used to connect end devices with communication interfaces and sensors. The PLC extension adds additional isolated digital signal inputs and outputs.
