TeKa vehicles in front of the company headquarters in 1972. Werner and Käthe Conrad had bought the old Kermik factory in Burgstraße around ten years earlier. From 1975, it was gradually demolished and today's Conrad company headquarters were built and Burgstraße was renamed Klaus-Conrad-Straße.
