05 - Plug-In Electronic: Edge AI workstations in three variants
The EAC-6000/6100/6200 series computer systems from Vecow available from Plug-In Electronic enable edge computing and are based on the Nvidia Jetson Orin NX platform. They offer up to 100 TOPS of computing power for AI applications, based on the Nvidia Ampere GPU architecture with 1024 CUDA cores, 32 tensor cores and an ARM Cortex A78AECPU with up to 8 cores. The IPC series is available in three variants: EAC-6000 offers two GigE LAN interfaces, three USB3.1 ports and two Com-RS interfaces as well as two sim card slots and seven GPIOs. The system supports 5G, 4G, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPRS and UMTS, for example. Four M.2 slots enable the expansion of interfaces and storage options. In addition to this equipment, the EAC-6100 series offers four GMSL2 interfaces for video and multimedia applications as well as a CAN bus, including support for flexible data rates (CAN FD). The top models of the EAC-6200 series are also equipped with CAN bus and have six LAN ports, four of which enable Power over Ethernet (PoE+).
