The RPi 07 from Mass is a computer with a capacitive multi-touch display (7 inch) at 800×480 pixels and 10-finger operation, based on the Raspberry Pi 3. Packaged in a metal housing, the device can be expanded with various functions. The credit card-sized CPU board is located behind the display on a mounting plate. Its 'ARM Cortex A53' is clocked at 1.2 GHz, contains 1 GB RAM, a micro SD card (16 GB or larger) with operating system and user software as well as the interfaces 4× USB 2.0 and 10/100 Ethernet, which are routed to the outside. The board also has connections for HDMI, CSI camera, video/audio and post connectors (for RS232, CAN, I²C or 8-GPIO, for example). The mounting plate also offers space for an expansion card and a DC/DC converter for 12 or 24 V supply voltage. All connections are located on the underside of the device. The device can be supplied with a stand, wall bracket or with a mounting bracket for installation in front panels. The housing dimensions are 118 mm × 200 mm × 48 mm. The desired operating system is installed on the micro SD card; Linux (Raspbian) and Windows 10 IoT are available. CAN and RS232 are available as executable expansion cards.
