Topjob-S terminal block program from Wago

Wago has added initiator/actuator terminals with a space requirement of 3.5 mm per connected sensor to the 'Topjob-S' terminal block range. The 2000 series terminals are suitable for conductor cross-sections from 0.34 to 0.75 mm² and are suitable for use in small terminal boxes for decentralized peripherals as well as for centralized installation in the control cabinet. The initiator/actuator terminals are divided into potential levels and a signal level: the potential levels are used for the power supply and, if necessary, earthing of the sensors; the signal level transmits switching signals from sensors or to the actuators. The 7 mm wide terminal housing accommodates two connections each. In the potential levels, the housing accommodates busbars, each with two connected terminal points. As the jumper shafts are thus also coupled with each other, it is possible to multiply the plus or minus potential without limiting the number of poles using standard comb jumpers with an even number of poles. In the signal level, the busbars for the signal feed-through are electrically separated from each other, resulting in the small pitch width of 3.5 mm per sensor.
