Jung has developed the Fortorque FT01 swivel rotary modules with servo-electrically driven, endlessly rotating NC swivel axes. They are available in three sizes with diameters of 25, 35 and 45 mm and cover speed ranges from 150 to 400 rpm. The peak torques range from 0.7 to 4.0 Nm and the angular resolution is less than 20 angular minutes. The endless rotary actuators can be docked onto the Highdynamic linear motor modules from Jung using mechanical adapters. The modules are connected and controlled via single-cable technology with a positioning controller. The motor technology is supported by controllers from various suppliers. In its modular system, Jung also offers fully parameterized positioning controllers for important fieldbus systems as well as supply units with sample circuit diagrams. For safe machine controls, almost all controllers are also available with a 'Safe Torque Off' function (STO).
