The PX-501C and PM-521 tablet PC models from Comp-Mall comply with MIL-Std-810G and can withstand a 1.5 m drop. They are protected against the ingress of liquids and dust and are resistant to shocks, vibrations and temperature fluctuations. Microsoft Windows 10 IoT, Embedded Standard 8 or 7 are optionally installed. The "PM-521" model is also available with Android 5.1. The 10.1-inch TFT LCD with 7h armored glass offers a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels (WUXGA), 1000 cd/m2 brightness, it is dimmable and easy to read even in sunlight. The 10-point PCAP touch offers glove compatibility and can be operated with a stylus pen and precision digitizer. Communication is provided by IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V4.2, GNSS positioning (GPS/ Glonass/ BeiDou) and optional 4G LTE, NFC, 2D barcode reader and smart card reader. For in-vehicle use, a dual pass-through port allows users to connect the device to a vehicle cradle for improved GNSS positioning, Wi-Fi or WWAN reception. The "DashON" app helps with the configuration and management of the tablet PC. Three programmable function keys are used to quickly call up recurring processes. The tablet PCs operate in a temperature range from -20 to +60 °C.
