The CES-C07 is Euchner's smallest safety switch to date. In addition to the already familiar option of connecting sensors in series, it offers comprehensive diagnostics. The devices also provide process-relevant parameters in real time. The sensors measure relevant environmental parameters and signal in good time before a machine failure is imminent. In combination with the ESM-CB safety module, this information is automatically queried by each switch in the chain and made available to the controller via IO-Link. The switch has functions such as weak area indication of the transponder field and clearly visible indicator LEDs. In terms of safety classification, the safety switch achieves category 4/ PLe. It also has three approach directions and therefore offers different mounting options. The M12 plug integrated directly into the switch enables connection via standard M12 cables. Another feature is the option of integrating mechanical safety switches into the series connection of the CES devices.
