Fibro is presenting the new Fibrotor RT.0750 rotary ring table with an internal diameter of 440 mm. According to the manufacturer, it features an ingenious bearing concept that doubles the maximum tilting moment and triples the permissible load. The maximum permissible values are 5000 N for the axial force, 8000 N for the radial force and 2250 Nm for the tilting moment. In applications that do not make full use of these maximum values, the robust bearing should pay off in the form of an extended service life. The service life is specified as 20,000 hours MTTF (Mean Time To Failure). The rotary indexing table offers partial accuracy of ±12 angular seconds and is already equipped with a sealed indexing table in the basic version (overall height 95 mm). It can either be fitted directly or equipped with any additional indexing table. The model uses a robust and efficient cam drive whose cam geometry has been optimized in accordance with the energy-saving law. According to the supplier, this makes the RT.0750 around 20 % more economical in terms of power consumption compared to conventional cam drives. The ring rotary table can optionally be supplied ex works with Fibro frequency inverters from SEW or Siemens. Three-phase brake motor monitoring minimizes brake wear.
