Aucotec presents its new project status manager for machine and plant planning. The module of the database-driven CAE platform Engineering Base (EB) can automate both system-internal workflows and data exchange with external systems. The status manager is designed to ensure that the central documentation is always up to date and that versions are not mixed up. According to the manufacturer, interface handling and release mechanisms are simplified and data quality is significantly improved. EB already combines various disciplines with a central data model, for example basic and detail engineering, even simultaneously. However, Aucotec's integration package also includes links to various ERP, 3D and automation systems, as well as to predictive maintenance, simulation and production.
