The focus here is on the extended range for Safety Integrated with failsafe CPUs for the Simatic S7-1500 Software Controller and the Simatic ET 200SP Open Controller distributed controller. The Simatic ET 200pro distributed controllers have been supplemented with new CPUs from the latest Simatic S7-1500 technology for standard and fail-safe automation tasks.
