02 - Elektrosil: Smart-Switch for new generation of machines
The 'Smart-Switch' from Elektrosil enables one-handed operation based on a combination of rotary and push movements. This concept allows new sequences, combinations and speeds in machine control. Each switching operation can be accompanied by individually programmable LED signals and vibrations. This allows the machine operator to communicate intuitively with the machine. Adjustments to specific configurations are possible, making processes faster and work more efficient. In the dialog between the rotary switch and the software, the signals from the smart switch provide the software with the impulses for the machine control. The software can be used to configure color gradients, vibration patterns and signal intensities. In addition, the central symbol and the USB interface can be modified and the outer glass ring can be customized.
