With the KDP On Demand, Murrplastik offers a cable management system that can be completely customized in terms of size, shape and features. With geometric specifications, including contamination-free drill holes, a grooveless design and germ-resistant sealing materials such as NBR, the system is tailored to the complex requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. The cable routing can be flexibly shaped between 1 cm × 1 cm and 1.5 m × 3 m - including octagonal, round, oval, for 111 cable entries and/or 888 cable glands, for cables with or without plugs, for ribbon cables, power cables, pneumatic hoses or combinations of all of these. The frame of the cable guide can also be made of different materials, for example stainless steel V2A, V4A or aluminum or plastic. There is also a wide range of possible sealing materials, such as EPDM, NBR or silicone. With regard to 'hygienic design', all holes can be provided with radii to avoid potential dirt edges and the resulting contamination. All surfaces can be provided without grooves and edges and can also be polished so that they are virtually self-cleaning. Welded-on threaded bolts for mounting the cable gland prevent unnecessary dirty edges caused by screw heads.
