Fujifilm has developed Fujinon Anti Shock & Vibration technology following a special test procedure to investigate the effect of shock and vibration on industrial fixed focal length camera lenses. This lens design incorporates an elastic and patent-pending fixation of the internal lens elements. This type of fixation reduces the shift of the optical axis to just 4 µm and minimizes the loss of resolution. According to the manufacturer, the lenses also offer long-term stable performance and consistently good image quality, despite the shocks and vibrations that are virtually unavoidable in industrial image processing.
