Creating professional product photos using traditional photography is an extremely time-consuming process. The Berlin-based start-up Colormass has developed a cloud-based platform that transfers the entire shooting process into a virtual environment. To do this, all products and surfaces are captured in 3D and images are generated in a virtual scenery based on this data. This is almost indistinguishable from real photos. This enables much more flexibility and significant savings compared to traditional photography.
