The GHM-One multifunction controller from GHM Messtechnik is designed to support users with no prior programming knowledge when renewing production systems. With the help of its tested and ready-to-use function library, consisting of sequence controls, mathematical calculations and process controls, it should be possible to assemble and wire process sequences. According to the company, even complex solutions such as cascade and limiting controls or ratio and multi-component controls can be easily implemented. The modular hardware concept consists of a TFT color graphic touch display (3.5 inch), a maximum of eight internal analog inputs, a maximum of four internal analog outputs, a maximum of twelve internal digital inputs or outputs and four relay outputs. It is supported by communication interfaces that enable communication with external fieldbus participants on the one hand and with common control and processing systems on the other.
