ARC Informatique and Ubiquicom have joined forces to develop a special mobility solution for the PcVue HMI/SCADA software. Together, the companies want to comprehensively upgrade plant monitoring systems for mobility. Based on biometric parameters and environmental data recorded in real time, Ubiquicom has added the 'Locator Suite' to the 'PcVue Geo Map Manager' on the top application layer. The easy-to-configure function package, which is accessible via web services, shows the positions and movements of people and resources directly as 'PcVue' markers (for example in the form of symbols) on a geographical map. Positioning and tracking work equally well indoors and outdoors, regardless of the type of network and communication standard (GSM, WiFi, Bluetooth, BLE).
