Lütze is expanding its Industrial Ethernet cable range with the Superflex Ethernet Bus (C) PUR Cat. 7 cable. Following the launch of the torsion-capable Cat. 6a Ethernet cable at the beginning of 2018, the new cable offers a transmission rate of up to 600 Mhz. It is also approved for the North American market. The cable, originally planned for linear moving applications, was implemented with an optimized 4-pair stranding with a cross element as the core. This means that applications with torsion of up to ±180° over 1 m can be realized. The PUR outer sheath is halogen-free and flame-retardant.
