The ODS 10 measuring distance sensor with a range of 50 to 8000 mm and an accuracy of ±30 mm from Leuze electronic detects objects and measures distances with a degree of remission of 6 to 90 % and a reproducibility of up to 4 mm. According to the manufacturer, it is highly tolerant of the angle of impact, color, surface texture and brightness of the reflective material and delivers reliable measurement results even with objects that are not optimally aligned or are moving quickly. Large operating buttons, a clearly visible status display at the front and the OLED display enable convenient commissioning and diagnostics at the touch of a button.
