Rose manufactures three aluminum enclosure series, each developed for specific applications and made from the cast aluminum alloy AC-AlSi 12 (Fe). External mounting channels protect the electronics in the enclosure from chips. The standard aluminum enclosures are particularly suitable for mechanical engineering and automation technology. They offer mounting options for mounting rails and mounting plates and can be used in a temperature range between -60 and +130 °C. The enclosures have protection class IP66 and are impact-resistant up to a load of 7 J. The enclosures are available in dimensions from 45 mm x 50 mm x 30 mm to 600 mm x 5600 mm x 202 mm. The Aluform enclosures with a flat housing shape and rounded cover bevels are frequently used in I&C and automation technology, particularly for customer-specific visualization and input solutions. They enable the simple installation of PCBs and circuit boards and do not require any additional processing. The enclosures are available in 15 sizes. The AluFormPlus series has been specially designed for the measurement and control technology sector. The enclosures are particularly suitable for mounting PCBs and can be fitted with a recessed cover to enable the installation of touch units. Thanks to protection class IP67/69, environments with demanding media such as moisture or vapors are no problem. The enclosures have a lid hinge for convenient handling and are available in eight sizes.
