EcoLift EL 2 supplements the portfolio of the 'TS 2plus' transfer system from Rexroth with an assembly for vertical workpiece transport. It is suitable for making optimum use of the transfer system even where space is limited. For example, the lift at the end of a transfer line takes over the workpiece carrier change between two transport levels. Horizontal transport - retracting and extending the workpiece carrier from the lift - does not require an additional motor. The vertical movement is realized by the low-wear, electric synchronous servo motor 'MSM', which has an absolute encoder as well as an interface for encoder and power connection. The electrically actuated holding brake integrated in the servomotor provides the necessary safety. The servomotor is mounted outside the lift, which makes maintenance user-friendly. The same applies to the easily accessible lubrication unit, which ensures easy replacement of the oil cartridge. The lift is suitable for all standard workpiece carrier dimensions up to 800 mm x 800 mm and is designed for a weight of up to 60 kg per workpiece carrier. The range of transport heights extends from 290 mm to 1790 mm.
