Opdi-tex specializes in integrated machine vision systems, such as those installed directly in production systems for quality control when filling yoghurt pots. Many miniature cameras are used to develop optoelectronic sensors that can be used at close range, are easy to clean, simple to operate and IP65-compliant. The teach-in phase only takes five rows of yoghurt pots, for example, until the AI system has learned what is required as the target value. The situation is similar for a blank change: a green signal clearly shows that the blank matches the specification 100%. If, according to the detected EAN code, the cup and/or board do not match the contents, it lights up red, there is an acoustic signal and the system can be stopped.
