Additive manufacturing3D printing in a country comparison
Nowhere is industrial 3D printing more widespread than in Germany. The consulting firm Ernst & Young has now published further interesting details on additive manufacturing in a recent study.

Metal 3D printing plays an important role: 44% of companies with 3D printing experience are already working with the metal 3D printing process. According to Ernst & Young, metal 3D printing will continue to gain in importance in the future. This is because 52% of all companies surveyed see metal as the most important 3D printing working material and the main prerequisite for the introduction of 3D printing in industry.
