Connected in parallel, 'Unidrive M' inverters can control asynchronous and permanent magnet motors with an output of up to 2.8 MW (4200 hp). The inverter is a 250 kW (400 hp) module that enables high-performance drives with the smallest number of modules. An AFE (Active Front End) ensures high torque accuracy and power quality. Depending on the requirements of the application with regard to motor control, the modules can be expanded with the supplier's Unidrive M600, M700, M701 and M702 control/regulator units and controlled via these.
The 'Powerdrive F300' inverter series is available specifically for fan, pump and compressor applications. These devices with their modular design can also control asynchronous and permanent magnet motors.
