FaulhaberMotor series extended
Faulhaber has expanded the BXT flat motor series to include gears that are matched to it as well as integrated encoders and speed controllers, which are also unusually short in the axial direction, according to the manufacturer.
SPN Schwaben Präzision has developed a spur gear for a float drive in partnership with a customer in the mechanical engineering sector. The drive developed for roller conveyors is so universally designed that it can be used in the entire conveyor chain. A clamping connection for fastening ensures maximum securing of the drive torque. The design of the spur gear is protected against the ingress of abrasive substances. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically and requires little installation space. The gearbox is flexible in terms of gear ratios and different motor connections. The spur gearbox is designed for a service life of 130,000 operating hours in 24/7 use.
