Siemens - Q4 and full year 2017'Digital Factory' is growing the fastest
Siemens has announced its figures for fiscal year 2017, which ended on September 30. The frontrunner in terms of turnover: the 'Digital Factory' division with an increase of 9% on a comparable basis - i.e. excluding currency translation and portfolio effects.

In addition to the quarterly figures, Siemens also announced the figures for the full 2017 fiscal year. Here, order intake decreased slightly by 1%, which the Group explains with the high level of the previous year and a sharply declining market in the Power and Gas Division. The Siemens Group's order backlog amounted to €126 billion at the end of the fiscal year.
