Configurable for specific applications

The Nordac Link field distributor series from Nord Drivesystems was developed for networked intralogistics systems with many drive axes. The equipment and function of the frequency inverters and motor starters can be configured to suit the specific application.

Coded plug-in connections for power, communication and sensors enable safe and fast commissioning. Maintenance switches and manual operating switches are integrated. New are frequency inverters as field distributors in size 2 for rated motor outputs up to 7.5 kW. The series thus offers solutions for all typical tasks in mail distribution centers, airport baggage handling systems and warehouses. The inverters are suitable for horizontal conveyor technology as well as inclined and vertical conveyors and offer hoist functions and the safety functions STO and SS1 in accordance with EN 61800-5-2.
