The compact drive with a flange size of 28 mm (NEMA 11) has a maximum holding torque of 18 Ncm and is designed for a peak current of 3 A. Three motor versions are available, each in two lengths: a version with protection class IP20, an IP65 version and a version with an open housing that can be modified for applications with customer-specific connectors. The integrated magnetic single-turn absolute encoder supports closed-loop control. The stepper motor is parameterized via CANopen or Modbus RTU. According to the supplier, the free Plug & Drive Studio software from Nanotec enables quick and easy programming. Thanks to its compact design, the stepper motor is particularly suitable for applications with space restrictions.
