... according to Stepstone, Hesse secured 1st place (62,000 euros). Bavaria (61,200 euros) and Baden-Württemberg (61,100 euros) are in 2nd and 3rd place with only a small gap between them. Thuringia, Saxony (both 42,300 euros) and Saxony-Anhalt (41,800 euros) are at the bottom of the ranking.
