Current productsNews about sensor technology
What would the smart factory of today and tomorrow be without sensors? Sensors are indispensable as the basis of every industrial production system. Computer&AUTOMATION has summarized current trends from spring 2017 in a picture gallery.

Particle counters and abrasion monitoring provide the earliest possible warning of the presence of foreign bodies in a lubrication system. Disynet offers the multi-channel debris monitoring system for use in oils with a maximum temperature of +150 °C. The Oil Debris Sensor 4212/4212i for the detection of metal debris and particles in oil continuously detects and removes magnetic particles in hydraulic and lubricating oil systems in real time. The sensor removes and retains the dirt particles by means of a magnet. It is also able to distinguish and detect the type of contamination and its strength. With two output channels - one for the fine particles (wear) and one for the coarse particles (failure) - the sensor can continuously indicate the cleanliness of the oil and report a deterioration in oil quality in good time. For installation, the sensor simply needs to be fitted in place of the sump plug.
