The Dicotemp 800 dial thermometer with microswitch from Jumo is a temperature controller with actual value display. It has a shallow installation depth, is housed in a stainless steel casing and offers a variety of display ranges from -50 to +500 °C. The device complies with protection class IP54, is RoHS-compliant and cadmium-free. Dial thermometers with microswitches are universally applicable devices for temperature measurement and monitoring. The microswitches, which are freely adjustable over the entire scale range, can be used for simultaneous control. Up to 5 A, 230 V can be switched directly as standard. The temperature-dependent volume change of a liquid-filled measuring system or the temperature-dependent pressure change of a gas-filled measuring system is converted into a rotary movement of the actual value pointer by a Bourdon spring without a transmission gear. The rotary movement of the pointer shaft actuates the microswitch via a pick-up system.
