Leuze offers a high-end laser scanner for occupational safety, which has the largest functional bandwidth within the RSL 400 series. It offers 100 switchable field pairs or 50 switchable quads and up to ten independent sensor configurations. Thanks to its 4-field mode and nine parameterizable signal outputs for status control (e.g. for movement with/without load), it is also suitable for mobile applications. In addition to a large scanning range, the scanner offers the option of emergency stop linking as well as parameterizable data output to support navigation. The internal safe time delay can be used to set stop categories. The entire series consists of 16 device variants with ranges of up to 8.25 m. The safety laser scanners can be configured via Bluetooth and Ethernet TCP/IP. The scanning angle of the devices is 270°. A plain text display with integrated electronic spirit level enables simple alignment when mounting the connection unit.
