TMA and TMD from a.b.Jödden are temperature switches with a semiconductor as a sensor. The sensor element transmits a digital signal to the evaluation electronics in 0.5 °C steps. There is a choice of two device types with different displays. Both series have a measuring range of -20 to +120 °C. In the TMA series, the current measured value is visualized on a three-digit LED display. The analog output and the switching output are freely adjustable within the measuring range. The TMD version has two switching points with freely adjustable hysteresis as well as switch-on and switch-off delay. An LED indicates the switching status. Both versions are operated via two buttons. The housing is made of stainless steel and complies with protection class IP65. The process connection - process pressures of up to 80 bar are possible - is made via ½-inch or ¾-inch connection threads. The switching outputs are designed as PNP or NPN and are preset at the factory.
