Use two-factor authentication: To minimize the security risk for companies, Brainloop recommends two-step authentication. This means that the user not only has to enter their password to access the system, but also receives an SMS TAN. This is only valid for one session. In this way, internal criminals cannot gain access to sensitive information or data despite a stolen password.
