Almost 300 participants, speakers and exhibitors attended the 'Forum Safety & Security 2018', which took place for the first time in Sindelfingen on September 12 and 13. The keynote speeches highlighted the connections, but also the differences between safety and security.

Andreas Oberweger, who heads the TÜV Austria Group's Industry 4.0 Competence Center, presented an application in the field of collaborative heavy-duty robotics. However, he made it clear: "In a project like this, change management and communication within the company are very important in order to avoid fears and resistance."
