With the RSL 440 device variant, Leuze electronic is rounding off the top end of its safety laser scanner series. The high-end laser scanner for occupational safety has the largest functional bandwidth within the "RSL 400" series: It offers 100 switchable field pairs or 50 switchable quads and up to ten independent sensor configurations. It is suitable for mobile applications, among other things - particularly due to its 4-field mode and its nine parameterizable signal outputs for status control (e.g. for movement with/without load). The laser scanner offers the option of emergency stop linking as well as a parameterizable data output to support navigation. The internal safe time delay enables STOP categories to be set. The entire series consists of 16 device variants with ranges of up to 8.25 m. The safety laser scanners can be configured via Bluetooth and Ethernet TCP/IP. The scanning angle of the devices is 270°. A large plain text display with integrated electronic spirit level simplifies alignment when mounting the connection unit, which also includes the entire cable management.
