At the Hannover Messe, Kuka presented the KR 3, the most compact model in its Agilus family of small robots to date. With this robot, the Augsburg-based company wants to enter a new market environment: electronics production.

A QR code is attached under the cup. When the coffee order is entered via smartphone, the selected parameters are assigned to the QR code. When the cup is handed over to the robot, it scans the QR code on the cup and retrieves the order parameters stored in the cloud via OPC UA.
