IoT expert Dr. Tanja Rückert joins the Bosch Group on July 1, 2018 and takes over the management position of the Bosch Building Technologies division on August 1, 2018. She brings with her over 20 years of international experience in the software environment.
Bosch Building Technologies is an international supplier of products and systems for security and communication. In selected countries, Bosch also offers solutions and services for building security, energy efficiency and building automation. The product portfolio includes video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm and voice alarm systems as well as access control and management systems. Building Technologies develops and produces in its own plants in Europe, America and Asia. In 2017, the division generated sales of 1.9 billion euros. Bosch Building Technologies employs 9,000 people worldwide.
