With the Nuvo-5100VTC, Industrial Computer Source presents an embedded PC that is E-Mark and EN-50155-certified and is therefore suitable for installation in vehicles. The devices are equipped with sixth-generation Intel Core i7, i5 and i3 CPUs. DDR4 memory can be connected via two SO-DIMM sockets and can be upgraded with up to 32 GB. The I/O interface resources include 4 × USB 3.0, 4 × USB 2.0, 1 × VGA + DVI-D connector, 2 × DP, 1 × audio. The device is equipped with four 802.3at PoE+ ports, which provide connected devices with up to 25 W of power. The ports are also equipped with M12 connectors, which, according to the manufacturer, ensure a reliable connection in extremely harsh environments. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports are available for data communication. Four internal mini-PCIE sockets can be used for correspondence with 3G/4G/WiFi modules. The Nuvo-5100VTC also offers an integrated CAN bus for internal vehicle communication and an isolated DIO for sensors or other elements. In conjunction with the automatic start and the dual-drive RAID system, the embedded PC meets the requirements for in-vehicle operating conditions.
