Modular measuring system

As a modular vibrometer, Vibroflex consists of the 'Vibroflex Connect' front end with touch display and a selection of laser measuring heads. The optional 'Vibsoft' data acquisition and evaluation software complements the measuring system as a tool for data analysis.

Dynamics, acoustics and vibrations can be investigated without contact and with laser precision on structures from nano to macro. The modular vibration measurement system with configurable bandwidth from DC to 24 MHz detects the smallest movements in the subpicometer range and vibration velocities of up to 30 m/s. The robust 'Vibroflex Neo' takes on demanding measurement tasks with high resolution, even with transparent media such as glass for climate chamber tests or water for ultrasound examinations in a water bath. Vibroflex Xtra' acquires high-resolution vibration measurement data from any surface, even on dark, biological, rotating or moving measurement objects. The eye-safe laser technology is suitable for demanding measurement tasks such as non-destructive testing, vibration displacement measurements from a greater distance, quasi-static displacement measurements or the control of shakers. Thanks to its compact design, 'Vibroflex Compact' can even fit into more complex measurement setups, for example in production environments. The integrated camera helps to keep an eye on the target and supports fine positioning. Thanks to special microscope optics with a 1.5 µm measuring spot, the device can also investigate microsystems and the finest structures. Finally, the 'Vibroflex Fiber' measuring head reaches measuring points that are very difficult to access and uses differential fiber optics to measure relative movements, such as at joints, and compensates for environmental influences.
