Measurement data acquisition with up to 5000 measurements/s
The DAQ973A from Keysight is a modular measurement data acquisition system with USB, LAN and GPIB interfaces, consisting of a basic device and a selection of nine measurement modules.
The basic device offers space for up to three measuring modules and can be used as a 6½-digit
multimeter, as a data logger and as a switching system. The digital multimeter works with a maximum scan rate of 450 channels per second and measures temperatures, DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, resistances and frequencies. As a switching system, the 'DAQ973A' functions as a 'switch', i.e. switch/multiplexer/matrix or signal interconnection.
The device offers measurement rates of up to 5000 measurements/s and also measures very low current ranges, high resistance and voltage ranges as well as a wide temperature range. The device offers 120 measuring channels in 1-wire connection and 60 measuring channels in 2-wire connection.
