Majority stake in CT specialists
Visiconsult X-ray Systems & Solutions acquires a majority stake in CT specialist Diondo. Diondo will become the competence center for CT technology within VisiConsult.
Diondo's industrial computed tomography system and software solutions for non-destructive testing and metrology are used worldwide. Visiconsult plans to add the Diondo product line to its portfolio of existing products through the VCxray business unit.
Diondo will become the competence center for CT technology within Visiconsult. Close cooperation at the development level will ensure the seamless integration of Ciondo into Visiconsult's x.OS ecosystem.
