HBM offers the renewed FIT5A digital load cell with its hermetically sealed stainless steel measuring body in protection classes IP68 and IP69K. Thanks to the integrated overload protection, it achieves a limit load of 1000 %. According to the manufacturer, its calibration capability in accordance with OIML R60 guarantees reliable measurement results in corresponding applications. It is available in various versions with nominal loads of up to 50 kg. An extended version can control complete dosing processes independently without an additional PLC. The integrated electronics offer powerful filters, dosing parameters for coarse and fine flow and a self-learning algorithm that shortens the dosing time. The parameters from calibration to the dosing process are set using the PanelX software, which is available free of charge.
