Central data evaluation

With the Ocean software platform, Hainzl closes the loop between hardware, automation and condition monitoring for complete systems.

This makes it possible, among other things, to centrally evaluate data from globally distributed production facilities. The 'Ocean' platform contains a timeseries database which, according to the provider, can also process large amounts of data efficiently and quickly, which is particularly advantageous for large installations that integrate many data sources. With high-performance standard protocols such as MQTT, the platform is open for simple connections to existing Hainzl products such as test benches and hydraulic systems as well as to third-party systems.

All data can be called up on a PC or mobile device via a web interface, and system configurations are also possible immediately. Users can decide for themselves whether they want to operate the system in their own network or use an existing cloud infrastructure.
