And last but not least, Siemens is now expanding its synchronous reluctance technology in the lower power range from 5 to 0.55 kilowatts (kW). This means that the synchronous reluctance drive systems from Siemens now cover the entire power range from 0.55 to 30 kW. In addition to the previously available shaft heights of 132 to 200, the motors are now also available in shaft heights of 80 to 120.
