As part of the implementation of 'Vision 2020', the Siemens Group is restructuring its Managing Board. Among other things, Roland Busch was appointed as the new CTO and successor to Siegfried Russwurm on December 1.

... Siemens Managing Board member Lisa Davis (53) has also been appointed Chair and CEO of Siemens Corporation, USA, effective January 1, 2017. The previous CEO Eric Spiegel (59) will leave the company at the same time. The appointment of Siemens Managing Board member Davis as country head underlines the importance of Siemens' largest single market by revenue. All other responsibilities on the Managing Board remain unchanged.
