Siemens - Changes in the Managing BoardSuccessor to Siegfried Russwurm appointed

As part of the implementation of 'Vision 2020', the Siemens Group is restructuring its Managing Board. Among other things, Roland Busch was appointed as the new CTO and successor to Siegfried Russwurm on December 1.

... the former Siemens manager and current CFO of E.ON SE, Michael Sen (48), will be appointed to the Siemens Managing Board, where he will be responsible for the Healthcare unit. Sen will also take over Global Services (GS) from CFO Ralf P. Thomas (55). "With Neike and Sen, we are rejuvenating the Siemens Managing Board and expanding its capacities. We are thus even better equipped for the challenges of the future," commented Gerhard Cromme, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens, on the new additions.
